These terms govern the wholesale and retail purchase of textile products from Satendra Textiles, 854, Jawaharganj (Macharhai), Jabalpur — 482002 (M.P.).

Orders & Pricing

Prices quoted are ex-showroom and subject to change without prior notice due to raw material and market fluctuations. Wholesale rates apply to bulk orders as agreed at the time of quotation; GST is charged as applicable and a tax invoice is issued for every sale.

Colour & Fabric Variation

Fabric being a dyed and printed product, minor variation in colour, shade or print between display samples, photographs and the delivered piece may occur and does not constitute a defect.

Payment

Wholesale orders require advance payment or agreed terms before dispatch. Custom or made-to-order fabric and furnishing sets, once cut or stitched to specification, cannot be cancelled after production has begun.

Returns & Exchange

Unstitched, uncut fabric in original condition and packaging may be exchanged within 3 days of purchase with the original bill. Cut, stitched, custom-made or bridal trousseau sets are not eligible for return or exchange except for a manufacturing defect, verified in-store.

Damaged or Defective Goods

Any transit damage or manufacturing defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof, after which we will arrange repair, replacement or credit at our discretion.

Delivery & Dispatch

Dispatch timelines are estimates and may vary with order size, customisation and courier availability. Satendra Textiles is not liable for delays caused by the courier/logistics partner once goods leave our premises.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh having exclusive jurisdiction.
